Hello and welcome!

we conclude this month, and indeed this year, with part 2 of our Marvel extravaganza!
This cast, we get to the good stuff: The Marvel Cinematic Universe and beyond! We take a look at how Iron Man and the Avengers lead-up films changed things for the better, breathing new life in the superhero genre. We also get to speak of personal hijinks revolving around the BIG film at the crux of all this.
So join our adventure as we explore more Marvel goodness!

SPOILERS ARE IN EFFECT for all films, ESPECIALLY Iron Man 3.
If you have not yet seen Iron Man 3, the spoiler code is from 1:33:26 to 1:42:56.

We must apologize for our sparse casting these past couple months, we've both been busy with the same thing. That's right, Austin got married! Many congrats to newlyweds Austin and Amanda Shinn! And Albert was his groomsman/videographer and got to wear a tux and everything! We even recorded a cast in person, but it got eaten by windows. Not the last opportunity!

Also, this was Austin's cake!

It was tasty.

Time for another mini-sode!

This is an addendum to our Space Jam/Roger Rabbit cast wherein we talked about films that successfully and disastrously mix live action and animation.

Well.... it seems we wrongly overlooked a great one.

Let's dig briefly into Joe Dante's Looney Tunes: Back in Action!
December 3, 2013

Hello hello and welcome to our Marvel casts!

In this issue, we kick off our discussion of the history of Marvel Comic heroes on film by examining its role in the revival of the superhero movie starting with 2000's X-Men. From there, we go to 2007, where that glorious revival starts to peter out with 2007's Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. It's a quite a bump roller coaster ride through these films, so hold on tight as we explore this era of Marvel Comics on film!

Of course massive SPOILERS are on for each film.
These include:

X2: X-Men United
